Our mission at the 利县 拘留所 is to help reduce recidivism by providing inmates the necessary tools to achieve attainable goals in today’s society. 因为这个原因, the 利县 拘留所 offers educational and self-help programs to assist our incarcerated population with gaining control of their lives and encour年龄 behavioral change through education. Our programs and services are structured to enhance the opportunities of inmates through the development of their skills, 能力, 和力量.
